After completing a PGCert in Supervision I had the opportunity to progress onto a MA and undertook a research study into the experience of occupational stress amongst Sign Language Interpreters and how supervision could support the work of Interpreters.
Keen to promote the concept of supervision for the sign language interpreting profession I wrote two papers based this research:
